CareProvide is committed to building a community of skilled care providers. When we choose a new member of our team, we are looking for someone with a passion to provide excellent care to seniors and those with limited abilities. Our care providers do everything from cooking meals, giving medication reminders, preventing falls, and anything else a family might need for their loved one. While you provide the greatest act of service, CareProvide will support you every step of the way with fair compensation, extensive training, and community connections.
All of our care providers have access to the Inspiration Lab, a training and support platform for our team. Along with having the chance to advance your knowledge of personal care, our Inspiration Lab is an opportunity to get support and feedback from fellow care providers in the Annapolis area.
We also send our team members weekly tips to help them further develop their caregiving strategies. It’s our mission to help our care providers continue to be empathetic, attentive, compassionate, and dependable.
